This Privacy Policy explains what information Salah Reminder collects, how it is used, and your rights. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Your location is used only to calculate accurate prayer times for your city. It is not stored in Firebase or on our servers, not shared with advertising services, and not used for advertising. Coordinates may be sent to the Aladhan API to return prayer times and then discarded by the app.
You can record which prayers you marked complete, when, and where. This helps you view your own salah history inside the app.
If you grant Usage Access permission (Android), the app reads which apps you use and for how long. This data is displayed to you on the Insights screen only. It is never transmitted, never stored on any server, and never shared.
If you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, display name, and Google user ID so the app can recognize your account. We do not store your password, and we do not use Firestore to store your app activity data.

| PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS | Shows how long you spend in each app (Insights screen). Never transmitted. Granted via Settings, not a standard runtime permission. |

We never request Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Calendar, SMS, or any permission unrelated to the features above.
The app uses local device storage for saved preferences and progress. If you uninstall the app, locally stored data is removed by the operating system.
Firebase is used for optional authentication only. Signing in can help identify your account inside the app.
Cloud sync is not currently active. If it is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before user activity data is stored in the cloud.

We use no advertising networks, analytics trackers, social media SDKs, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.
Salah Reminder is designed to be suitable for family use, including children using the app with parent or guardian guidance. The app focuses on prayer reminders, Quran reading, dhikr, duas, Qibla direction, and healthier phone habits.
The app does not include advertising, social feeds, public comments, chat, dating, gambling, mature entertainment, or user-generated public content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what may be processed by Firebase Authentication if a parent or guardian allows sign-in.
Parents and guardians can use the app without signing in, and they can remove local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
